This is where we record, monitor and report on energy & water consumption and efficiency, carbon emissions and waste generated and recycled from our wine operations and vineyards globally. Sites are required to enter data monthly (or quarterly in the case of some metrics) and completeness of information presented will form part of your Health, Safety and Environment annual audit.
